Cancellation of Order

Can a transaction be canceled on

You may submit an inquiry via email ( if your order has not yet been allocated for shipment. If you made your payment via credit card, you will receive a credit card refund once your order cancellation request has been approved. Refunds are subject to variation based on the bank's processing system. We ask that you monitor the situation via your financial institution.

Refunds and Exchanges

1. Can I return the products I purchased from

a. Customer satisfaction is our primary objective following your purchase at We will gladly assist you in returning your product in a timely manner, provided that you meet the following conditions.

I. Products with an invoice date no older than 30 days, intact hang tags and warranty tag, resalable nature, and undamaged and torn labels may be returned to the following address along with all accessories, upon completion of the enclosed return form. Infractions of the terms and conditions will not be recognized as refunds; payment in full must be made at the time of delivery. We therefore advise you to test your products as soon as possible, taking care not to damage them in the process, and to return any nonconforming items for a refund as specified above.

II. You are able to ship using DHL.

b. An email notification will be sent to you upon receipt of the returned cargo. Once the eligibility of returned products has been verified in accordance with the return conditions, the refunds will be deposited into your bank account, less any customs fees, VAT, and banking charges. Your bank will issue your refund in the same manner that you initially remitted funds to your payment instrument. This procedure's rate is wholly contingent on the operations of your bank. When it comes to returns, the return price is reduced by the amount of freight and other expenses that were included in the initial shipment.

2. What are the conditions for returns?

a. The date of the invoice cannot surpass a total of 30 days.

b. The product must be undamaged and retain the tamper seal labels from tampering.

c. Logos and product identifiers, if present, should not be eliminated.

d. For other consumers, the product must be resalable.

4. When can I expect to get my refund?

a. Once your returns reach our warehouse, they will be inspected for eligibility, and any transactions involving your eligible products will be finalized and refunded within 14 business days (due to customs). will expedite the processing of your refund and correspond with you via email. The time required to receive a refund after this point will differ by bank procedure.
